The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate, or make changes in content or application of any or all such plans, policies, procedures and benefits in whole or any part, at any time as the Company deems appropriate, with or without notice. These actions may be implemented even if they have not been communicated, reprinted, or substituted in this manual.
The language used in this manual is not intended to create, nor is it to be construed to constitute a contract between the Company and any one or all employees. It should be understood that employment is at will. You may terminate your employment at any time, for any reason, with or without notice and with or without cause, and your employer may do the same.
