DRESS CODE
It is important that employees see and present themselves as professionals: an element in this presentation is dress. Casual attire such as spandex, or other risqué apparel such as open blouses, short skirts, shorts, tank tops, crop tops, cannot be worn during working hours. Soft toed shoes are not allowed in the shop, and flip flops are not allowed on our facilities. Master Pumps will pay up to $25.00 every six months toward steel toed boots or steel toed shoes for those employees who require them in the course of their job. Remember to dress for success, and safety, not for sex appeal.
