AGENCIES
Employment agencies are not used at
Master Pumps and therefore the Company will not pay employment
agency fees of any type. If you are contacted by an employment
agency to help in the employment of any individual you should inform
them of our policy and that we are not interested in their services.
This needs to be done immediately before they recommend any
prospective employees.

It is the Company's policy not to

policy. This policy, not to discriminate in employment, includes but
is not limited to the following:
1. The Company will employ those
applicants who possess the necessary skills, education and

6. Inability to be able to perform physical labor is not considered a disability if the employee can or no longer do physical labor. Employee should be asked to be transferred to a desk job.
It is further the policy of the Company
to ensure that the "underemployed" will be employed in and/or
promoted to all occupations for which they possess necessary skills,
education, experience and
