Everyone likes to celebrate holidays with his or her family and friends. So that you may do this without loss of pay, the Company gives holiday pay for the following holidays:

If you are a full time employee and actively on the payroll at the time of the holiday, you shall receive eight hours of holiday pay at the regular rate, provide u have worked the day before and the day after the holiday occurs. Exceptions to this rule include those employees previously approved on vacation or employees serving jury duty. One floating holiday will be used consecutively with the specified holidays and will be determined by the supervisor of each location to which part of his group will take the floater. Stores will never be closed down on a Floater Holiday. Only partial groups can take off at the same time. If the holiday falls on Sunday, the following Monday shall be considered the holiday. If the holiday falls on Saturday, the preceding Friday shall be observed as the holiday.
