LOAFING
Loafing is sleeping or intentionally
slowing down on the job. An employee who loafs is subject to
disciplinary action, including suspension and discharge. Loafing
places an undue burden on all responsible employees and will not be
tolerated. Employees are encouraged to bring instances of loafing to
their supervisor's attention.
MAIL
Company mail is stamped by a postage
meter and use of this meter for personal use is prohibited. Personal
mail may be mailed from the Company provided regular postage stamps
are used. Personal use of the Company postage will result in
disciplinary action.
MANAGEMENT
RIGHTS
The Company reserves the right to
change, modify, suspend, or cancel all of it's policies or
practices. This right extends to both published and unpublished
policies and the Company may act without advance notice and at it's
sole discretion. The Company need not provide a reason for a change
nor provide consideration to any employee. Employees are expected to
recognize this right as a condition of
employment. |
