PERSONAL
BUSINESS
Personal business (excused time) such as
car problems, children sick but not requiring medical treatment,
personal legal matters, and other such personal business can be
excused without pay by your immediate supervisor. Your supervisor
may allow you to make up excused time during the week the absence
occurs if business conditions permit. You must request prior
approval for excused time off as soon as you are aware of the
necessity to miss work.
PERSONNEL
FILES
Employee files are confidential and are
to be treated as such. Access to employee files is limited to the
employee, Branch Manager, Vice President and President. No materials
are to be removed.
Non-employees may not, except with
specific authorization, have access to the files. Such access would
be granted only in cases required by federal, state or law
enforcement agencies.
PERSONAL PHONE
CALLS
There are times when personal phone
calls are unavoidable. Employees should limit these phone calls to
only those judged necessary and keep conversations brief. Please
advise your family and friends to call you at work only if urgent.
Personal long distance phone calls are the responsibility of the
employee and must be reimbursed to the Company as soon as
possible.
PERSONAL
PROPERTY
Employees are not to leave personal
property, such as personal computers, printers, fax machines, etc.,
on Company premises. The Company's liability insurance does not
cover employee's personal property. The Company will not be held
liable for personal property that is stolen or
damaged. |
