RESIGNATION/TERMINATION
When an employee terminates employment,
an exit interview is done with your supervisor. The exit interview
is for the following purposes:
1. to ensure the consistent and
equitable treatment of terminating employees; 2. to receive
suggestions that terminating employees may have for improving
employment conditions; 3. to reclaim employee
credit, phone and insurance cards, keys, vehicles, computers, hot spots, communicating devices, and other Company
property; 4. to issue unemployment compensation forms as required
by state law; and 5. to arrange for distribution of final
paychecks.
As with state law, if an employee
resigns, they will be paid their last paycheck with the next regular
scheduled pay period. If an employee is terminated, they will be
paid within 6 days.
SALARY AND WAGE
INCREASE
Raises will be given solely for merit,
as determined on the basis of the annual performance review, which
will be conducted in November and December of each year. All raises
will take effect the beginning of January, unless otherwise
indicated by the Company. No one is guaranteed a salary increase.
All increases must be approved in advance by the
President. |
