EMPLOYMENT TERMINATION POLICY CHANGE AND ENFORCEMENT
Effective immediately - time off benefits are not available benefits to be paid on any remaining hours worked to unpaid employees who have been given termination notices or who have formally resigned or taken unauthorized leaves of absence. Any employee not showing up for work during his last pay period will not be counted for those days of activity; nor benefits paid in any of the aforementioned conditions.
Employees not returning for work after scheduled time off or any other absence will not be paid for those benefits for his last pay period. The employees last day will be considered to be the last full day of work the employee performed and termination will occur that same date.
