BEREAVEMENT LEAVE
It is the policy of this Company to
grant employees reasonable bereavement time without loss of pay when
a death occurs in an employee's immediate family and, when staffing
permits, to attend the funeral of a deceases CO-worker. "Immediate
Family" is defined as spouse, parent, child, brother, sister,
mother-in-law, father-in-law, son-in-law, grandparent, grandchild, a
person who is legally acting in one of the above capacities, or
another relative living in the employee's residence.
Eligibility provisions: Paid
bereavement leave under this policy applies to all permanent
full-time employees normally scheduled to work at least 30 hours per
week following completion of three month's employment. An employee
will be eligible to receive paid bereavement benefits while absent
from work as personal leave. The time used will be deducted from the
total time accrued for personal leave.
BONUSES/COMMISSIONS
Monetary awards for special
achievements as well as commission incentive plans are available to
employees from time to time. Dollar amounts and types of commission
and bonus plans will be determined by the President. Bonuses,
commissions, awards and any other incentive plans are at the
discretion of the Company and can be withheld for any reason at any
time. In the event of a difference of opinion as to the amount of
any incentive or bonus payment, management's decision is final.
Employees must be active employees at the time any are paid to
receive any paid compensation.
For reporting purposes, money is
treated like salary, deductible by the Company and taxable to the
recipient. They are paid every second pay period of each month.
Employees will not be eligible for them until the 90 day probation
period has ended, unless otherwise specifically
denoted.
BUSINESS GIFTS
The company prohibits any employees
from accepting gifts or gratuities from individuals and companies
with whom the Company does business. The acceptance of such gifts is
unprofessional, un-business like and places officers and employees in
a compromising position that is not in the best interest of the
Company, it's stockholders, or it's employees. It is also against
Company policy to give gifts to clients and customers who do
business with the Company. No gifts of any type are to be solicited
or encouraged in any way by employees of the Company. Any employee
found doing so is subject to
dismissal. |
