TIME CARDS & TIME
CLOCKS
Not every employee has time cards but
for those that do they must be responsible for ensuring that the
information entered is true and correct. Time cards are the property
of the Company and must be left on Company premises. Be sure to
write your name and date and have your supervisor sign the
card.
Disciplinary measures are called for
when an employee falsifies a time card; deliberately punches a card
for another employee; ails repeatedly to punch the time card or
tampers with the time clock.
UNEMPLOYMENT
COMPENSATION
In the event that an employee is laid
off or discharged for any reason, and receives Severance Pay of any
kind, that Severance Pay will be considered Wages in Lieu of Notice
as it applies to Federal and State employment laws.
UNIFORMS
Employees who wear uniforms at work
will have half of the monthly cost deducted from their paychecks. The
Company will pay the other half. Uniforms must be returned to the
Company at separation of
employment. |
