COMPANY NAME
The Company's name is not to be used in
connection with any event or community program or with any
recreations, sports or social activities which is not sponsored by
the Company. This rule applies specifically to off-premises parties
and activities which are arranged and paid for by employees or
organizations other than the Company.
COMPANY
PUBLICATIONS
The Company newsletter, "Masterscript",
is published regularly and distributed free to all employees,
contains items of general interest to employees. Employees are
invited to send their contributions to the editor.
COMPANY
VEHICLES
Certain employees are required to use
Company leased vehicles to carry out their duties. The following
statements apply:
1. Gasoline will not be furnished by
the Company when the vehicle is used for "non-business"
purposes.
2. Your Company carries liability
insurance which covers the Company vehicle during non-business
usage.
3. Any collision repair incurred on the
Company vehicle during "non-business" use will be charged back to
the employee assigned the vehicle. The maximum charge to the
employee will not exceed the deductible portion of the Company's
policy.
4. All employees authorized to rent cars should take out liability collision insurance.
5. No employee should use their
personal vehicle for Company business due to restraints placed upon
us by our insurance carrier and because of our exposure to legal
liability. Company owned vehicles are available to all employees to
handle most Company demands. In the event a company vehicle is not
readily available, an alternate method of transportation, delivery
or scheduling should be
selected. |
