6. An employee will be held liable for
total damages to the Company vehicle and other vehicles involved
which may occur when driving under the influence of alcohol or
drugs, (both during business and non-business use).
7. There will be an immediate discharge
of any employee driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
while in a Company vehicle. Employees are required to take a drug
test within hours in the event of an accident to determine toxicity
8. The carrying of firearms and any
kind of weapons on customer's premises is unauthorized. Master Pumps
signs Master Service Contracts stating that our employees adhere to their rules
pertaining to firearms and vehicles are subject to searches on their
premises.
9. There will be an immediate discharge
of any employee deliberately abusing, destroying, damaging or
defacing a Company vehicle or other personal property of others.
10. Teen-age drivers are not covered by
Company insurance when driving the company vehicle for personal
use.
11. The employee must possess a valid
operators license for the class of vehicle he or she is operating.
Motor Vehicle Record Requests are run on each new employee and every
year thereafter by our Insurance Carrier to determine eligibility to drive our Motor Vehicle.
12. The employee is responsible for all
of their personal property kept in a Company vehicle.
13. All drivers are responsible for
maintaining their vehicle in safe and working condition prior to
usage each day.
14. All drivers are responsible for
safe and proper packing and securing of all cargo.
15. Drivers cannot under any
circumstances pick up
hitchhikers. |
