Political Activities: Employees are
encouraged to participate in the electoral process and support the
political candidates of their choice. However, all such activity
must be conducted on the employee's own time and outside Company
property. Employees must refrain from giving the impression they
represent the Company are acting on it's behalf. Senior Managers,
whose activities might be construed to be the official position of
the Company, must refrain from overt political action.
