DRIVER
TRAINING:
1. No employee should be permitted to operate a company vehicle until they have passed the driving portion of their licensing for the State in which they work and has taken Drivers Education courses in High School or from a professional driving school. Advanced licenses will be required such as a CDL license for commericail vehicles and advanced driving schools for tractor trailer rigs.
DRIVER SAFETY
MEETINGS:
A minimum of two driver safety meetings
should be held each year with location drivers. Attendance of these
meetings is mandatory for all employees operating vehicles on
company business. The subject matter of the driver safety meetings
should be relevant to hazards the drivers are encountering and past
accident experience. |
